Just six ingredients is all you need for this speedy, exciting dinner!
  • 375g dried spaghetti pasta
  • 1 tablespoon extra-virgin Olive oil
  • 4 garlic cloves, thinly sliced
  • ¼ teaspoon dried chilli flakes
  • 20 (650g) medium green prawns, peeled (tails intact), deveined
  • 6 medium tomatoes, deseeded, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley leaves
  1. Cook pasta in a large saucepan of boiling, salted water following packet directions, until tender. Drain, reserving ½ cup cooking liquid. Return pasta to pan.
  2. Meanwhile, heat oil in a large frying pan over medium-high heat. Add garlic and chilli. Cook for 1 minute or until fragrant. Add prawns. Cook, stirring, for 2 to 3 minutes or until pink and cooked through. Add tomato and cooking liquid. Cook for 2 minutes or until heated through. Season with salt and pepper. Stir through parsley.
